If you contact me by email, the data you provide (your name, email address, and message content) is stored solely to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in communication).

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data, in particular your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referrer URL, and browser type and operating system. This is required to deliver the website and protect it against attacks. This data is not merged with other data sources. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing the website securely and reliably).

A data processing agreement with Cloudflare is in place (Art. 28 GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; any transfer to the USA is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR).

This website embeds maps from OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation, St John's Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, UK). When the map loads, your IP address may be transmitted to OpenStreetMap servers. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
